Going to work on Hot Stuff soon... 444-544

As most of you know already, I've been deathly ill for the last year. It cost over $1,000,000 to make me as well as I can be.

I'm feeling better, although weak as a kitten for a while yet. I think I can get Hot Stuff running again, since I believe it's just the front carb that's screwed up.

I dearly love driving that car, so that's a big incentive to get her going again.

Hopefully, I can be well enough to plan and participate in a West Coastal Tour later in the summer.

The 101 is calling me!

I'm glad you're feeling better Steve. I hope you can get Hot Stuff running soon. I just started restoring my parents' 544 and have really enjoyed reading about your restoration/adventures. - Stu

As a long time 'disliker of cats', I can still be happy to hear that you are weak as a kitten, as that seems to be a vast improvement over the past reports!

Kittens are resiliant little bastards and I hope to find that you share the same traits! I also have a yearning to put my 544 on the Pacific Coast Highway in mid to late May. Anything to escape the vast wastelands of the Midwest!

      Pacific Coast Tour 444-544

I will plan the trip, with as much input as I can get from you guys. Whether or not I'm in shape to go doesn't really matter much.

Certainly, that's a goal for me, but I not getting better as fast as I'd hoped.

      Everyone hang in there!

      Steve
