Wiper fuse # 2 blows up when turning the wiper on 200

Greetings:

On 1984 240 Volvo, the wiper fuse number 2 blows up when turning on the wipers.
I appreciate any tip that can be provided to me.

Check for the magnets in the motor breaking loose and shorting out the armature.
