I'm posting this as a resource only. I have been a brickster since 1990 owning many 200/700/900 series and have ordered parts from all the usual suspects. Groton is most often mentioned in my limited experience in this forum but I wanted to post this source for members that are unaware of Import Parts Specialists at www.importpartsspec.com The prices are on par or better than other resources but for me the real value is the diagnosis knowledge of the two gentlemen that man the phones. Andy and Rick. So if you don't have them as a parts source their phone is 800-897-7278. I have no personal interest and hope this recommendation isn't inappropriate. Just posting a resource for the board.

    Been a long time, but I remember Andy. Very pleasant experience as parts buying goes. Long ride to the east cost, however.

    FCP Groton hasn't been too great lately as noted below:

    V90 rear muffler did not include tailpipe - had to cut & weld old one on

    740 U-Joint was wrong size - too long between bearings

    740 Center support bearing came w/o bearing - Autozone included for same cost

    740 ignition coil had been dropped - large dent but works fine

    There is a "Volvo Shops" link on the right side of the home page. You can post it there. It includes parts places. That way, everyone will be able to find it when they have a need.
