Hello to all, I have owned a few 240's and came across a XC70 AWD turbo for $2500 with 115k miles. The check engine light is on due to a secondary air pump and it has a leak where the oil return from the turbo is. Any one able to tell me about the car and what to look for. Thank you, Dave.

I just replaced secondary pump on daughter's new s70 that I got from dealer very reasonably because of check engine light being on. Here is a link to a cheap repair:

Once you go there take a look at all the model specific repairs in the database. Oodles of good stuff.

Also, might want to post over on the awd/fwd forum for more answers. I'm not familiar with the awd's and can't help with that model. Btw, T belt on these s/v 70 is fairly easy but somewhat different from the rwd you are used to.

p.s. I got the vw pump off ebay for $60+/- and the conversion was a snap.

Thank you for the info. The car is a 1998 needs headlights and has two error codes.P0116 and P0410.
