Hi,

89 760 turbo, when i start the car the idle is steady at 750 but after a run on the road and a shift back to park idle rises to about 1200 rpms. if I tap the accel pedal the idle drops back to 750 almost as if you were kicking down a carberated engine. Is someting sticking?

    Try cleaning the throttle body and check the cable tension.
