I have broken the little clip/latch (the female piece) that holds down the center armrest. Does anyone know the part number for that little gizmo??

Dear Sims940,

May this find you well. I believe the part(s) you need are:
6847246 (Clamp)
1308809 (Frame).

The part descriptions are those used by Volvo. These parts should cost a total of $6.00-7.00.

It might be the case, that you only need the frame (1308809), which houses the clamp (6847246).
