General bolt torque spec for intake manifold attachments 700

I searched the forum and the faq, but can't seem to find a definitive list of bolt torque specs for the intake manifold attachments. What I'm talking about is things like the fuel rail bolts, throttle cable brackets, egr pipe, cold start valve, cruise control bits, etc.

I'm ready to re assemble the intake manifold after cleaniing it all up and installing new injector seals and a new cold start valve o-ring.

I'm not talking about the manifold to head nuts, just the bolts that are threaded into the aluminum manifold. Obviously you don't want to overtighten those.

Could someone with the green book help me out? Thanks. Man I need that green book. Should I use anti-seize? i have some nickel-based stuff.

I don't know about others, but I don't measure torque those bolts. They just have to be tight enough to not fall off. I would guess 10-15 ft lbs would serve. Usually anti seize is not needed, as they are not torqued very tight, but it wouldn't hurt. Basically the smaller the bolt diameter, the less torque. Too much, and it just breaks.
