Ordering 122 Parts from a dealer

Can anybody tell me how dealers determine whether a part for a 122 is available? My understanding is that Volvo dealers can get anything GCP carries. I pulled the front and rear window seal part numbers from gcp and gave them to the local Volvo dealer who said they were no longer available.

However, GCP lists them as in stock. I hope they are still available, because my car leaks like a sieve.

    Hello,

    I just called my local dealer and the front and rear windshield seals are still available, but they are on back order. The rear window seal for a 122 wagon is also still available, but is also on back order and this is the rear wagon seal that accepts the trim molding.
