water pours on passengers feet when turning left 200 1986

I notice that after I have my a/c on and make a left turn, clear water sometimes pours on my passengers feet. I assume this is condensation from my a/c, but why isn't it dripping on the ground? Is something plugged up???

Thanks for all the advice! Once it stops raining here in Chicago, I will unclog that hose....

Yes, the drains are plugged.... 200 1986

Ha, this happened once to me -- or rather, on my buddy's legs when I turned left!

There are two drains, on each side of the transmission tunnel (forward, near the firewall). Yours are probably both clogged.

      Two Drains??? 200 1986

      Ken,

Two drains? Is this a change after 1985? Had the transmission out of one of the 85's recently and, from the underside, there is only ONE drain exiting on the right (passenger) side of the transmission tunnel.

      Regards,

        Two Drains??? 200 1986

In my 1980 (in which the aforementioned incident happened, although I could be wrong (senior moment :-), I seem to remember a drain on each side.

Remove the right inner kick panel. On the bottom of the heater box, near the firewall,is a short drain hose.Squeeze it a couple times and it will start draining. After it drains, pull it off and clean it.
