My '68 Amazon has been parked at the body shop for a long time now, and I'm getting ready to drive it on outta there soon. A few electrical issues I'm trying to rectify. Here is what's happening:

No juice going through 3rd fuse down from the top (test light won't illuminate)

horns don't work
dash lights don't work
hazard lights are a problem (no right rear light, other 3 are fine)
running lights are a problem (front works fine, but the right rear is much brighter than the left)
brake lights also screwy (when applied, the left is much brighter than right)


blower motor works
Wipers/ fluid works
turn signals work
reverse lights work


Any ideas?
