122 Horn Button Washer/Insulator 120-130 1966

I've read through as many threads regarding the horn washer. I believe my horn problem is due to a worn out button washer or insulator. My problem is when I removed the horn button, I didn't see any washer. Where is this washer located? Does anyone have a picture of the washer/insulator and where it is located? Thanks.

122 Horn Button Washer/Insulator 120-130 1966

It is located between two silver-plated disks under the horn ring. They are
held down by 3 c-rings over plastic bushings. When the foam rubber washer goes
flat the two silver plated disks touch and the horn blows all the time.
One of the disks is grounded and the other is insulated and makes contact with
the button on the end of the wire that goes up the steering column.
