Is there a interior light relay 1992 745? 700 1992

Or would the problem be with the light

    I assume you are talking about the main interior light, the one over the front seats, and not the one in the cargo area. There is a circuit board in the light housing that controls the time delay. These can go bad, though it's not that common of a problem. Be careful when pulling the light housing down as the headliner board is fragile and easily damaged. If this happens, the light won't stay in place.

      Yeah, I should go into a little more detail. I just bought this car a couple of weeks ago. The stereo was missing and fuse number five was blown. The door dinger was removed because it stayed on appaently. I replaced a factory stereo, reinstalled the fuse. All was good until I opend the rr door. It blew a couple of time and then I got smoke out of the light. I disconneted the light. I'm hoping it is just a defective interior light. I'm refering to the light just behind the sunroof.
