Every once in a while no start then wait for three minutes and it starts 700 1990

I just bought this car a couple of weeks ago. This has happend to me twice. could this be a sign of an old fuel pump relay? this always happens after I run into the store for a minute of something, never happend cold yet. Any other things that it might be? Thanks.

    It could be the relay but most likely the power stage igniton amplifier or the radio suppression relays. Check the 700-900 FAQ's on diagnosing those items to determine if they are good or bad.
