Would anyone happen to know of a nice duett looking for a new owner? I'm trying to find one in good to great shape that hasn't rusted away and is still very original and intact.

    EBay, Craigslist, Brickboard and IPD are the best places to hang out and keep an eye for one.

    There was a very nice 445 ($19,000) on IPD a couple of months ago:

    Try Craigslist Seattle. A 1961 was listed there on July 23. The person is asking $3,500 and there is a picture with the ad. Good luck.

        These are the photos from the Craigslist posting in Seattle from July 23rd.
        Just use the Craiglist search Volvo Duett and up it pops.

        Certainly looks like it is close to being priced right if you want to put the time and effort into the restoration. Hard to judge from photgraphs exactly what it needs..

      Matt from X-Ray Auto in Ballard, WA had a 445 that was on craigslist for a while with no bites. but it was definitely more of a project car (the price was fair, though). He may still have it, but the last time I talked to him he was leaning towards hanging on to it and fixing it up himself. Couldn't hurt to give hima call, if you want an excuse to learn to weld.....
