How do I remove this *PICS* included. 900

Hi everyone,
Please look at this picture:

I managed to remove the big window (the one that moves up and down). Now I am trying to remove the small fixed window. But the black trim piece that I am pointing to with the red arrow is in the way. There were two screws (marked with the two green arrows) that I removed, but the trim piece doesn't budge and I don't want to force it. Any ideas as to how to get this out.

    Just firmly pull off the trim involved, had to change this fixed window on my 745ti wagon as some one was BB gun target practicing thru my neighborhood a couple of years ago.. It's pretty strighforward just a little difficult..
