Hi all... I have a Volvo tail light but have no idea what it fits (other than it wont fit a 240) I dont see a part # or any other #'s that would identify what it fits. Any help? I have a picture of it if that helps but not sure if i can post it on here.

If it looks a lot like a 240 tail light but won't fit, it may be for a 740.

If it has a circuit board on it, give us the part number thereon.

Otherwise we will need a picture.

On the board is CIBIE 31926. I dont see any other numbers.

One more thing, 240s have four mount studs, 740 and 760 have five and the have little extra light socket stuck in the end of the light at an angle.

Jenny, that is the circuit board number for the right side light on a '85-89 740 sedan. Left is 31925. Some early 760s use the circuit 31926 too, but anyway, the body of the light is exactly the same in the 740 and 760 early years. Good for 740s, 760s can check their sheet and swap if need be.
