Fuel rail connector 700

I would like to connect a pressure gauge to my fuel rail. It is a 92 740 with Regina FI. It has a Schrader connection, and I need an adapter to connect to normal pipe threads. I'm having no luck at all in Auto parts shops. Can anyone tell me exactly what connector I need? Does it fit over the male Schrader thread, or do you remove the valve stem and screw it on the inside in place of the valve? Also where can I buy it? Location Eastern Ontario. Any advice appreciated! I'm trying to trouble shoot severe hesitation and stumbling at low speeds. It is not a turbo.

A plumbing store MiGht have something that would fit.If you get a spare set of the blue injectors out of a junkyard you could send them into a shop& have them cleaned out. That mae my 89 740 run like new.The stumbling may be a vacuum leak somewhere,,or AN air leak in the aircleaner hose setup.

Use cheap tire air guage, throw it away after using it as the seals will turn to mush.

Joe, if I do this, how do I stop the fuel spraying? I need a tight connection.
