I'm looking for a set of starter brushes.

92 940, B230-F.

Any sources?

    I have had luck in the past finding brush numbers and sources by Googling.

    I started with the Volvo part number and then chased a cross reference for Bosch. Once you find the Bosch part number for the starter it should be easy to find a listing for all the Bosch components in the starter.

    AutoZone had all the three separate components to rebuild a 940 starter. Total was $75 dollars. I bought a rebuilt starter from ebay for the same amount, no core charge. Now I have one to play with.
