wiper motor quit ...... no continuity with ohmmeter ..... anything likely to "spring out" if i remove the case leaving the motor attached to the firewall to see what's up inside ...... ie; brushes etc?
I see the electrical connection is just a cover held on by 2 screws so that's not a problem when the rain quits.

Nothng jumps out when you open the case. It was a dirty contact on mine. Did a light sand with an emory board 5 years ago.

See if the contacts are clean, and see if there's good voltage (when the switch is engaged) and good ground.

The typical problem for these is that the magnets inside flop off the the housing:

Pull her apart, clean it up, a little epoxy or JB Weld, and you're back in business usually.
