Will 940 seats fit in a 1987 740 wagon?

    The seats will fit. I have a 1992 740 wagon that had manual seats. I replaced both manual front seats with powered seats from a 940. I don't remember what year the 940 was. I ran wiring for the seats and they work great!

    I am almost sure they will fit.i did change few times the whole seat
    from 940 to my 91 740 wagon(pasenger seat).on my driver seat i only
    took out the seat cushon from a salvage yard and replaced mine since the 940
    seat was power seat.
