seat heat relys 700 1991

I am trying to find out where the relay for the heavy gauge wire is going to the seat heater. There is large red wire that goes to the underseat relay/therm. This wire is dead the relay fuse for it is good. This relay is not the one under the seat, it appears to be in dash area.
This is on a 1991 780, but I am sure other like 700 series cars are the same.
Thanks

selym,

Knowing how much Volvo engineers love relays and hiding them as if Easter eggs, I was amazed to find that there is no relay feeding the seat heater circuit. There is a thermal overload relay under the seat. Follow that red wire to it.
