Got this weird noise in my 83 245 200

I think it has something to do with the heater, sounds like Air is seeping out of somewhere. It will do it when the car is shutoff & it will do it while it is running.. Anybody have a hint of what i should look for?

It is under the dash, it has to be a vaccum line or something to do with the heater or "climate" controls, sounds like Air is being relased at a high pitch. It is driving me nuts but i just don't have the time for a major project right now during the holidays... I guess i am going to wait till things slow down... But if it was a quick fix, i might opt to do something about it

Where's the noise coming from. Under the Hood or under the dashboard.

Sounds like a vacuum leak but we don't know where to tell you to look. Vacuum lines run from the Engine into te Car to activate the heater controls
