there is a little man farting in it lol kiding... yea you should change it out if it hasn;t been moved for 2 yrs, isn't good on it,,, + you have to consider gas gums up and a car is better off driven then left siting! if you prefer to leave it sit, drain all fluid then it won;t dammage anything.

Note 1: He has been starting it once a month, thats a good thing, just hope it was run long enough to get to operating temp.

Note 2: The last thing you want to do on a car that won't be started regularly is to drain fluids... this promotes rust due to condensation unless the vehicle is vacuum bagged and sealed with desiccant stored inside. Even though the oil is "full" of water, the oil still coats the metal, so rust is (relatively) minimized.

The constant heating and cooling of the weather outside the engine block causes expansion which draws condensation INTO the crankcase thus making a watery oil.

Drain ALL fluids and refill.

It could be that it is just a buildup of condensation. You would have to get the engine up to running temp a few times to generate enough heat to cook it off. Then change the oil. One additional warning though, you mentioned in an earlier post that the car was overheating, so if you have oil in your coolant, at a minimum, it has a blown headgasket.
