My 245 is stalling 200

Wondering if anyone has some advice for my ailing 245. Whenever I put in the clutch, the RPM's drop way down and it sometimes stalls. I'm way over due for a tune up and hopefully that will take care of it but I want to make sure I get all the parts I need when I order. Any advice would be great

    Start off with a thorough cleaning of the throttle body and IAC Valve, then a cap, rotor and spark plugs should get you going. Dan
