Does anyone know if there is anyone out there that has modified the front grill on the pre 86 240 series. I have seen custom grills for various cars that either are:

1) Billet bars
2) Grill cover mesh wire.

Any thoughts?

    Some people have done it. You can find pictures if you look around at various Volvo photo galleries. There is no ready-made insert you can buy, you'll just have to find the materials you need and be creative.
