Name that tune...or help locate the sound. 900

Just started getting the sound of plates rattling from the center of my dash. Sounds like it is travelling through the vent (and all plates are accounted for).

Guessing I'm going to be doing a blower motor in the next week, but before I start taking it apart appreciate if anyone has a different opinion.

The blower is in the lower right by the passengers feet. If it sounds like there is something in the blower when you take a left turn like a freeway exit, it could be water trapped in the duct. Check for wet carpets. Then check the drain hose sticking out of the firewall below the AC dryer. Use vacuum to make sure it is clear. Cleaning that drain is good preventive maintenance. They all clog up sooner or later.

The motor is below the blower so if it’s water you may need a blower motor soon. I think the blower is also used on a GM car, so they are cheep. I bought my last one at Car Quest.

Took the blower motor out and removed a bit of left over leaves inside the drum and also cleared the intake...no water or moisture in there! Back to normal within an hour.

Taking that blower out on my 240 would have taken would have been a pain.
