Buy BOTH hydraulic motor mounts from eeuroparts.com, like $38 each, and replace both, kind of difficult but it can be done in 2 hours.
I used a big rubber round spring coil support from a truck I happened to find at the local junk yard and put it around the oil drain plug (to protect the oil pan and drain plug), then a piece of 2by4 and a jack to lift the motor.
I had removed the screws on top of each mount and the 3 screws that hold each mount plate to the car lower frame.
I used a second jack with a piece of flat rubber to move the motor and lift specific areas once it’s lifted by the main jack under the oil drain plug.
You pull each mount out (not very difficult) and remove the actual mount from the base plate (one screw), put it back in place and hold the screws in place with the nuts (not tight yet)
It’s better to work from under the car sometimes.
Once everything is in place lower the motor slowly and confirm everything is ok, and tighten all the nuts.
It really requires some tools and expertise, job not really for a first time home mechanic.
