Torque of PS pump mounting bolt and ac comp mounting bolts?? 200 1988

All of these bolts go thru rubber bushings. Do they just depend on lock nuts being snugged up rather than being real tight? And is there a sleeve on the power steering pump long mounting bolt between the bracket lugs?
Many thanks, Larry

These nuts do not have to be super super tight. I used to think that and after snapping a couple looked into it and realized that the long tension adjustment bolt is really what holds it in position. Also belts should not be too tight. Also if new belts they will after a couple of hundred miles stretch and then you should re-adjust. Hope this helps.

Make the bolts as tight as you can. not killer, bolt snapin' tight. but tight nonetheless.

dont over tighten the belts or the adjusting nuts.

yes, there is a sleeve where you noted.
