Removing door panels/lubricating window rails S90-V90

Hi all!

I'm wondering if anyone has removed their door panels and lubricated the window rails on the s90?
I have no idea how to remove the panels. Also, what lubricant would be good to use on the rails? My front passenger window sounds like nails on a chalkboard when I lower it. The others seem to be on their way to having the same sound.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

I've just use thick spray silicone with the windows down and spray as much of the tracks as possible without removing the door panel. You have to do it a 2-3 times to get all the noise out but it works well...... albeit for a while.

      Dewfpo,

Can you suggest a silicone spray?
I'm going to try to attack the rails asap.

      thanks

I used Prestone Silicone Lube, High Viscosity Formula.
