Killed by baby!! 200

Can anyone let me know what could be wrong with my baby. I have a '84 244 GL. Well I ran out of gas just as I pulled up to the pump. I put about 6 gallons in and turned the key over without actually starting her up. When I did crank her up, she had no response when I giving her some gas. I had to drive her to the house with just the pull of the engine. Now she turns over but doesn't stay cranked. If I keep starting her, it smells as though I'm flooding her out! Prior to running out of gas, I was having trouble starting her between long rests (in the morning, after work).
I had the in-tank pump replaced about 3 years ago, replaced alalternator, all belts, adjusted thottle, and maintenanced regularly.
Car was broken into about 2 years ago and had her rewired.
There is a problem with the oxygen sensor and AAM.
What should I check first?

i would check these things:

1) fuel pressure regulator -pull of hose sniff for gas smell.

2) fuel pump relay -replace with known good one.

3) amm -test with good one. or, get running, pull of amm connector, and note change in idle & codes (if she stores any).

4) o2 sensor. if old replace it. or, test with a multimeter per instructions in Bently or BrickBoard 700/900 FAQ.

5) make sure fuse box is squeaky clean -for good measure.
