Hi Les,
Some common hardware (common on that time) is not covered by the green handbook, but the parts catalog would be helpful (to see the heater plumbling diagram): http://www.gcp.se/CD2/B20.htm (thanks to Genuine Classic Parts Co. for post it on the web). The heater can be see on the fifth page of accesories ( http://www.gcp.se/CD2/B20/övrigutrustning.pdf ).
Btw, the heater core can be rebuilted on any radiator store (it is a radiator on miniature), also hoses for hot water under pressure is used on some laundry machines and heavy machinary (and available on the related repair shops). The bad part: a new heather valve has a high price, some pals change it with a ball manual valve (from a plumber store). Also, if you has access to junkyards on your city, used volvo 141 and 240 heater valves can be adapted with a bit of ingenuity.
Que te diviertas! (Have fun!).
