After putting a fiberglas Body on my Jeep and adding a Ground wire to all the electronics I had a Directional bulb that wasn't functioning. After going crazy Buzzing out the Ground connections to make sure they were all good I found that the bulb was bad.

Good rule: look at the simple stuff first.
