Sunroof not auto closing all the way 900 1991

My automatic sunroof will not entirely close. Leaves about 2 inches left to close but acts like it thinks it is entirely closed. I can close it with a screw driver by taking the panel off over the motor and moving the sunroof manually. Any ideas?

      Sorry about that.. thought I did but couldn't find it and felt that I might not have finished the post the first time..since I am interrupted continuously. I'll check that out..thanks for letting me know.

        No problem - I hope its as simple as just resetting the motor alignment.
