How much lift is required for 760 w/IRS exhaust replacement? 700 1988

My front resonator has managed separate itself from the exhaust pipe, and is just hanging in there. I was looking at the system and it had a separate crossover section going over the rear axle. I was looking at pictures of replacement systems, and I understand that the resonator section is supposed to be one solid piece from the cat all the way over the rear axle.

How much ground clearance is required to slip that crossover pipe over the axle? Considering the length of the section + angle required... is this even possible to do with normal jackstands + chinese Craftsman 2ton basic jack?

Are the systems that you are looking at non-Volvo Systems?

The several Volvo systems that I have fitted on 700 Volvos all had a separate pipe to go over the rear axle,

I put the right side of the car on 6 inch wooden pads that I made and had plenty of room.

I was looking at a Starla aftermarket exhaust and the pictures on VADIS, which show that part #3531553 is one solid piece. The live axle models all seem to have that separate crossover piece, but the IRS does not.
