Today I scored four good 15 inch tubo/virgo rims at my local pick and pull. Today and tomorrow is half price day so with tax and enviromental fees total cost was $58. They have four more if anyone lives near or in San Antonio. I am thinking of putting a 205/60-15 tire with these rims on my 240. I want the widest 15 inch tire I can stuff in my car with out looking like a 4X4. And with no worries of rubbing. Any other susgestions ???

    you can put 225/60/15 without any problems, i had a set of 225's on both a 240 sedan and wagon. loved them, there is a ton of room in the wheel well of a 240. you might get away with wider, but a 225 will work great.

    If you go back and get the other set, I am sure they will sell rather rapidly on here.. Hint Hint...I bet they would look good on my project 79 242GT...

      Watch for flat spots on Virgo's.
      They should be nice from San Antomio,
      Sans Corrosion.

    205-60-15 sounds perfect.
    You could make a little bit of money on CL to cover your time at those prices.
