I have a 2-3 yr old nissens radiator in my '97 960. The drain plug washer is cracked all around and has a very small leak. I've tightened it but that only makes the washer splay out and cracks widen. Is there a source for a new drain plug with washer or would I have any luck finding that at hardware store. Does the rubber washer have to be special to resist glycol? Thanks

    Smaller chain hardware stores like Ace Hardware have more washers than Carter has liver pills. You’ll find a dozen that would fit.
