Difference between P1800 and 122 wheels? 120-130

Is there a difference between P1800 wheels and 122 wheels? Offset? Width?

On my wagon I'm running the stock wheels PN 670451-1 (4.5 in)

I've picked up some P1800 wheels PN 668280 (seem to be 4.5 in)

Other than the part numbers, are there any differences? Thanks.

pretty sure you won't notice any difference.. if the width is the same that is.

I've heard that wheels originally put on wagons are of slightly thicker steel.. the thought being they would be subject to more utilitarian abuse... but I'm not sure if that still applied as late as '68, and I'm not sure the part numbers.

From the 1964 volvo green maintenance handbook.
Later 1800s start to using more sporty wheel designs.

The most obvious difference would be the bolt pattern on a later 1800 wheel...
