bad relay? 200 1987

The right rear turn signal ('87 240) clicks too fast and doesn't work; all other turn signals work. could it be the turn signal relay? If so, where's it located? suggestions much appreciated. Thanks.

The fast clicking is an indication of different resitance on that side. I would inspect to make sure all bulbs are functional, and that the correct bulbs are in there.

when the turn signal on either side clicks too fast, it's telling you that the either the bulb is burned out...or the bulb holder is not making good contact with the power strip. First try twisting the bulb holder back and forth to make better contact. If that works remove the bulb holder and look to see if the strip is pitted. It's not the relay

CB, thanks for the answer on the turn signal question--you were absolutely right--you saved me from buying a new relay--thanks again
