745 hoses to replace 700 1992

I was changing the oil in my 92 745Ti this past weekend and noticed that a couple of hoses in the attached photos are cracked and need replaced.

What has to be drained in order to accomplish this. I just put $30 worth of Amsoil in the car, but it looks like there are somehow connected to the oil system.

Can these be changes with losing the oil, or must it be drained to change these hoses.

Are they a dealer item?
