You should be able to find a rear seat from an earlier 700 or 900 to fit. May be tough finding pieces in the right colors if you want it to really look like it belongs: your 960 probably has the lighter tan or grey leather.
To really look right, you might want to get the complete assembly from a 700 and convert yours, drilling holes and notching the trim pieces to fit- the upper seat belt anchor covers will almost certainly need to be modified.
It may be possible to find an exact match from a similar car, but it'll take a little bit of "finding" to come up with one, I bet. The 960 didn't sell a lot of units, so junkyard examples, especially of late ones, are rare.
