I understand that many models of the Bosch wiper blades are now being made such that you can't replace just the rubber part of the blade. So, the best thing to do is to just replace the entire blade; they are pretty cheap if you shop around. They are the "hook" style, so if you pull up the blade there is a little release button on the underside of the wiper blade in the middle; push on it, and pull the blade down toward the hood of the car. It should come right off. Then replace the entire blade. If you use an aftermarket type other than Bosch you can choose a model that does have replaceable rubber wiper blades.
If the service light is like the 96 model, then look at the center of the instrument cluster. There is a little round rubber plug. Gently pry it up, and you will see a small hole in the plastic lens cover. Gently stick a sharpened pencil or a ball point pen into the hole and push the reset lever in. Gently push the rubber plug back in (not too hard; some folks push them right through the hole!) That should do it.
Hope this helps.
