Where is overdrive relay?? 200 1986

Would like to know where is the OD relay on an 86 240 w/ automatic trans. Your help is appreciated.

    Yep, it's in the dash, up to the left of the glovebox. White relay, usually, about 1x2 inches, part number 3523804.

    Likely to have failed solder joints inside. If you know how to solder, they can many times be saved by re-flowing the solder. If not, plug in a new one and you should be all set.

    You should be able to feel the relay click any time the key is on. The dashboard up arrow light should be on when it clicks- OD off = light on.
