Turn signal flasher 900

Need a little help, some place to start anyway. The turn signals stopped working, the emergency 4 ways work fine though. Fuse is good. Thought it might be the flasher, stopped at a near by dealer to get a new flasher, $75.00. That would be fine if I had some way to confirm that is what actually is. None of the lights light up, even those green lights on the dash, nothing. It is the same flasher for the turn signals and the emergency 4 ways, so may be it is not that, then it could be the lever at the steering wheel, had the wiper switch fail not too long ago. Does any body know the wiring schematics of the turn signal switch?

Thanks for any and all thoughts.

If that is the case, the belt reminder works too. So maybe things are pointing to the switch at the steering wheel.
