HELP puddle of grainy oily gas in intake manifold NO START

but I sortof sub posted to it and maybe confused it.

I removed TB and saw puddle of gas that has mild gritty, oily feel.

I did clean IAC prior to this fiasco with solvent, then K-1 kerosene.
