My car didn't come with the a fob and the dealer tells me I need P/N 9442982. This does not agree with any I have seen on ebay. Can someone with a 98 V90 tell me what there key fob looks like and pass along any P/N or FCC numbers on the back so I get the right one off ebay?

That is the correct number and they do show up, but not as often as other models. Only that part number matters. Here is the item number for one on Ebay right now: 8038381743

They usually go for about $50, but I have seen some bid up into the $80 range.

I looked at that auction and the FOB is for a 960 through 1997. Does anyone have a 98 with a FOB to confirm that is common with the 960? I am guessing it is differenent, but I am not sure... The dealer says I need PN 9442982 butI don't know what that looks like.

The picture looks exactly like my S90 fobs.
I suspect it works for the later 850 cars as well, since both were in production at the same time.
