Road America Volvo Race 140-160

Just posting a notice to try to get the word out to 140 ITB racers, and others
who may not have received notification, of the Volvo Gran Prix race weekend at Road America, Wisconsin, this coming Sept 16 and 17th. Although its a vintage race weekend, with Volvo as the featured marque, Volvo ITB cars are also invited, as well as Volvo powered specials, Volvo powered Marcos, etc.
This is a great classic racetrack, and at least 25 - 30 Volvo racers from all over the US and Canada are expected. If any significant number of ITB cars shows up, the number in attendance will be much higher.

If you need further information please let me know, or contact the organizer directly - Ray Freiwald

1. I wish I could attend this year. I wish I could attened any year. Truth is I probably will not be able to attend until I retire it 15 years or so. I can only hope that my car is still in one piece and this is still going on at that point.

2. To all of you that are able to go PLEASE take some pictures and share with all of us that are stuck at home.

3. Garry you going to be one of the luck that get to go?

Marc

Marc,

I'm sorta kinda looking into it, but Elkhart Lake is not exactly in my back yard either... nearly 1000 miles one way. I would dearly love to run with the other Volvo's, though.
