That certainly is weird, because if it's the diagram I'm thinking of it's in the manuals for both my 960 and V90. Page 8-11 in my '94's manual. Poolman, is that the one you sent him?

I think the diagram was on one of the back pages of my 97 manuel-it just shows the flow current of gases from the crankcase as they curculate through the crankcase and ending through the breather box and intake maniflod.

Yep, that sounds like the one I'm talking about. It's strange that his manuals don't have it. My manuals show the evaporative system diagram next to it as well.
