Larger Steel Wheels that fit Volvo Hubcaps? 120-130 1968

I'm wondering which 6" wide steel wheel accepts our Volvo hubcaps? Any from this list do so? What's your experience? I've looked into widening my stockers, but it's very pricey...so an alternative may be in order. Thanks for the help ahead of time!

    Check out Stockton Wheel: http://www.stocktonwheel.com/

They have some nice "smoothies" or baby moon type. Relatively reasonable it seems.

For a 68 amazon, I haven't seen any of the above listed wheels that will take the original cap. The one I haven't tried is a 5 slot Mopar "rally" wheel (police car wheel) in 15x6 because, I think there never was one.

If you want to use the the og caps, you pretty much have to have new rims installed on stock centers. This IS pricey work!! Damian had his done in LA but I don't remember by whom. I know they don't have a web presence. Check Damian's posts, he mentions the place by name.

Shayne had his Radio Flyer wheels done in Portland, but those guys are no longer available.

I'm happy with Ranger pickup steelies and 140 trim rings. cheap, tough and reasonably attractive.

    Mike

      Twombo,

Got a pic of your rims on your car? If you do ... bdavies4@cogeco.ca. Those Ranger steelies are 6" right?

Yes, Search the 120-130 gallery for sven or frieda1, Sven has 80's Ranger wheels and Frieda has late model (2001) Ranger wheels.

195/65s and Bilsteins on the wagon and 205/60s and Koni's on the sedan. Both drive great! Iittle or no speedo correction required (if the speedo was even accurate at all, but that ain't the tire's fault).

        Mike

      I believe the 66' 122 wagon I just picked up(still no spark)
has ford ranger rims mounted on it. I am pretty sure that's what
the guy told me. No caps on it though.

I have center volvo hub caps on my 15" wheels that I got off an older 940. Work fine. As stated before bolt pattern might be a concern.

You might have to be more specific about the model and year of volvo - I would like to know this info for an 1800S 1969.

Stud pattern would also be of concern...and rule out alot.

      I've got a 1968 122S Wagon. Stud pattern is 5 x 4-1/2", I think. :)

I want to start with this...

      And end with this...

Damian found Bolton Wheel in Gardena California. As I understand it, they'll do the same work as some of the others for a third the price.

My Willamette Wheels (RIP) are 15" X 6", 18.75mm offset.
Maybe Damian will be kind enough to post a picture of his Bolton wheels...after all, they're done and on the car...and he's a great photographer...with excellent computer skills.
        Best,
        Shayne.
