Sources and part numbers for poly bushings 140-160

Has anyone put complete front and rear sets of poly bushing on their 140 series?

I'd like to get part numbers for Sper Pro, Super Flex and/or Enegry Suspension busings to re-bush the entire car.

Yes, I know John Parker has these sets, but I want to source my own.

Some time ago I put a contact on this site re these here in Australia which is: -

    Fulcrum Suspensions Pty Ltd,
    28-40 Evesham Street,
    Moorooka,
    Qld 4105

    Email: superpro@fulcrumsuspensions.com.au
    Website: www.superpropoly.com
    Fax: +61 7 3892 1526

There is one part available which is not on the list for 140's which is the "Steering Intermediate Shaft" part no. SPF0892K (about AU$15). These bushes on my 1970 142S were shot but these replacement poly bushes have really tightened up the steering.
Hope you find what you need,
    TimC

Are you expecting big changes in handling from this exercise? Or just longer
durability? Are there any particular bushings that have been giving you lots
    of problems?

The front suspension and steering members have enough rust on them to stimulate my desire to pull everything off, prep them down to bare metal, treat the rust, and paint them up - maybe in blue and yelow and gray like Per Schroeder did on his '69 project car for Classic Motorsports -- and install "performance" bushings, shocks, springs and anti-roll bars.

The rears are better, but again, the components will come off and get the restorer's treatment.

If I take the car to enthusiast shows, or to an occasional autocross or open track day to verify things and get a feel for the car, then I think poly will help, plus maintain good life.

At the minimum, I'll get Volvo stock rubber replacements.

After researching the brickboard threads (yours, Phil Singer's, etc.) back a few years, I see many more advantages to favor poly, with few, if any negatives.

As with any project, Mr. Wallet only knows where I can head with my dreams.

(I'm already talking about selling my poly-bushed, ipd'ed "track car" 740 Turbo to pay for plane fare to Hong Kong this Spring)

      Sigh.
