park brake noise. what lube to use. also rear brake caliper replaced but noisy even when not pressing on brake 700

My park brake is making noise and must be dirty and possibly corroding. What should I use to lube it and will a release all lube spray do the trick? My rear brake is also squeeking like the rotor is warped ever since I had some lame ass mechanic put on new calipers. He says brake squeeks are normal. I'm pissed. should I be? The damn thing squeeks even when I don't press on the brake. Is that normal?
